PRIVACY & HELP
A private coaching workspace.
OHS Cheer stores athlete names, tryout numbers, optional grade, position and years of cheer experience, coach assignments, scores, and written feedback for each Fall or Winter season.
Who can see evaluations?
Registered coaches sign in using an email code. Coaches see their assigned athletes, their own drafts, and submitted feedback from other active assigned coaches. Administrators manage seasons, coaches, and rosters and can review drafts. There is no parent or family portal.
Profile photos
Administrators, coaches, and evaluators can upload, replace, or remove their own optional profile photo. Photos are cropped and resized, stored in the portal database, and visible only to signed-in coaching staff. Removing a photo restores initials beside your name.
Removing athletes
Administrators can delete an athlete from an active season’s roster after confirming their name. Their assignments and evaluations are preserved and hidden from the active workspace. Administrators can restore them from Deleted athletes in Administrator tools. Archived seasons remain read-only.
Saving and submitting
Use Save draft to keep your work. Submitting locks an evaluation and shares it with the assigned coaching team. Reopening returns it to private draft and removes it from submitted averages until it is submitted again. Conflicting edits require reloading the saved version. Archived seasons remain read-only until an administrator reopens them.
Scoring
Technique scores are 1–10 for nine categories, for a maximum of 90. Difficulty scores are 1–10 for Jump, Standing Tumbling, Running Tumbling, and Stunt, for a maximum of 40. Scores are whole numbers. The combined maximum is 130 per coach. Team averages include only submitted evaluations visible to the viewer. Scores do not automatically determine team placement.
Access and help
Use the exact email registered by your administrator. If you cannot sign in, need a record corrected, or have a privacy question, contact your OHS cheer administrator. Sign-in codes and sessions are managed by Neon Auth; the app is hosted on Vercel. Installing OHS Cheer on a home screen still requires an internet connection to sign in and save.
